TopAIThreats.com accepts corrections, incident submissions, and general inquiries through the channels below.

Report a Correction

If an error has been identified in an incident report, threat classification, or any other published content, corrections can be submitted to corrections@topaithreats.com.

To support efficient review, include:

• The incident ID or page URL where the error appears
• A description of the error
• Supporting evidence or sources

Corrections are reviewed against the verification process and, where confirmed, applied with an entry in the relevant Update Log.

Submit an Incident Tip

To report an AI-related incident for potential inclusion, send details to tips@topaithreats.com.

Submissions are more likely to be reviewed promptly if they include:

• A brief description of the incident
• At least one verifiable source (Tier 1–3 preferred; see Source Hierarchy)
• The date or timeframe of the incident
• Sectors and regions affected, if known

Not all submissions result in published incidents. Inclusion decisions are governed by the Methodology.

Response Expectations

All messages are reviewed but individual responses are not guaranteed. Priority is given to corrections with supporting evidence and incident tips meeting the evidence standards.
